Girls Night Out Wine and Cheese Event Recruits New Members

The Lamoille Woman’s Club launched their 2010 Membership Drive “It’s Time to Join” with a Girls Night Out Wine and Cheese event Wednesday night at the LWC Clubhouse in Lamoille.  The well-attended event was an invitation only event sponsored by the LWC Membership Committee.  Many LWC committees, officers, and the Sewing Group were on hand to welcome attending members and potential members.  The Sewing Group hosted a make-your own quilted coaster project, while other committees presented slideshows and dioramas of the Club’s many activities.  The Website Committee presented a slideshow showcasing the newly created Woman’s Club website at www.lamoillewomansclub.org.  The event also featured a Networking table for local business women.  The night concluded with a drawing for the door prize; the door prize winner was Joan Turner of Spring Creek.

The Lamoille Woman’s Club is open to all women residing in Elko County.  If you are interested in joining the Lamoille Woman’s Club, you should contact Jean Pici, Membership Chairman, at 775-778-0314, or Club President Martha Wallace at 775-385-3502.
