LWC Donates New Toys to Kidz Kabin

Friday, August 6, 2010

The Lamoille Women's Club donated new toys on Friday morning to the Ruby Mountain Resource Center Kidz Kabin Daycare as part of the club's continuing support of the valuable child care and preschool facility.  Club members Diane Quenell and Darlene Exposito presented both indoor and outdoor toys to the Ruby Mountain Resource Center Director Brenda Stewart.

The non-profit Kidz Kabin Daycare at 857 River Street opened in April of this year operates to provide child care to the underserved Elko community.  Kidz Kabin accepts children age 2 and up and currently has an enrollment of 10 with a maximum capacity of 36.  The daycare's hours are 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.  Contact Kidz Kabin Director at 753-8787 for more information, or to pick up an application, stop by the preschool on River Street.
